- Termination shall not affect any outstanding payment obligations or rights accrued prior to termination.

8. Indemnification:

- You agree to indemnify and hold Helius Marketing Agency, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panna, India.
