1. Cancellation of Services:

- Depending on the terms of the contract or agreement, cancellation fees may apply if the request is made after the commencement of services. The specific cancellation fees will be outlined in the contract.

2. Refund Policy:

- Refunds will be processed based on the type of service and the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.

- For one-time services or project-based services: If the cancellation request is made before the start of the project or within a specified grace period, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the expenses incurred by Helius Marketing Agency up to that point.

- For ongoing services: If the services are on a retainer or subscription basis, and the cancellation request is made before the start of a new billing cycle, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the service.

- No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully completed or delivered at the time of cancellation.
